Unfortunately I visited when brewery tours weren't available, but I was able to stop in the gift shop just before closing and picked up a pint glass to add to my collection, along with a few different beers for tasting.

I then went over to their brewpub and sat down for a couple of pints with my friends. The atmosphere was great, and the beers were all top quality. No complaints whatsoever. London Pride, their flagship beer, is very good, but the others are well worth a try also.

Of all the breweries I have ever visited this was probably my favourite. A nice tour of a historic brewery. The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. You saw both historic and brand new cutting edge equipment (a keg sorting robot!). Plus at the end it was basically unlimited samples of their whole product line (including some of the vintage beers) until time ran out. The tour guide even let people pour their own beer from the cask with the hand pump
