Frugal is located just beside Carowinds on the SC/NC state line. The place has a very good beer selection with prices just a bit lower on most things than you will find in NC.

The beer is to the right side since it is one of those beer/wine and liquor stores which are split for each type of alcohol. The beer is easily 1/2 of the beer/wine section and the cold cases are well stocked as are the shelves. Be sure to tool around since some beers lurk on free standing shelving units.

Be a little wary as well since some items could have a bit of age. Cisco seems to still have some bottles on the shelves and those have been there for years. Despite having staff sitting at a table with computers and whatnot they never ask if you need assistance.
