linkQuite a pub with several rooms available for large groups. Very historic and a pleasant atmosphere. Very close to the "old town". They make and serve just one beer, a black lager at about 4.5% ABV. It is tasty enough and I had a very nice visit with the head brewer, Ivan Chramosil. They have a nice tour of the brewery which is informative. Good place to visit if in Prague.

linkYes it's touristy as hell, but Prague's original brewpub is great kitschy fun if approached in the right frame of mind, and with a stout pair of drinking boots.
The model is simple: you find space at a table in the rambling low-ceilinged rooms; you sit down; a half litre of foaming brown Flek is presented; you drink. Repeat as necessary and pay on the way out. Hearty Czech food is an optional extra. And all is to the accompaniment of oompa brass band.
One of the world's great beery experiences, I reckon.
