Not cask ale in the (British) traditional sense. They brew their own German style beers to the Reinheitsgebot. They typically have 3 to 5 of their own brews on offer including St Mungo (a classic German lager style), Dunkel (a dark lager), Hefeweizen (classic wheat beer), Dunkel Hefeweizen (dark wheat beer). All brewed on site in their state of the art micro brewery. The brewery tour is very interesting.The food (typical German fare) is rather good too.
Occasional live music and their very own Oktoberfest is not to be missed.
A bit out of the way but worth the trek.
