Sawdust Corner café is one of the better places to eat in Virginia City; it serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Delta Saloon is right next door and a trip through the double doors is a must. You pass through them and right by the “Suicide Faro Table” on the way to the restrooms. The Delta Saloon has a long traditional bar that also provides liquor service for Sawdust Corner. There are several taps than include a couple macro brews plus SN pale ale. When we visited, there was also Amber Ale from Ruby Mountain and Delta’s own Pale Ale contract brew (from Montana according to the waitress). The food menu had a variety of items and several three course dinner specials for under $8 but, by comparison, micro drafts were a bit pricey at $5.
