This store is conveniently located near the public beaches but it's easy to miss if you're driving. Keep an eye out for their small sign or for the North Tahoe Village building.
For a small store, they stock a reasonable variety of regional microbrews in addition to the usuals from Anchor, New Belgium and Sierra Nevada. When I visited, the cooler contained multiple styles from Anderson Valley(4), Butte Creek(2), Deschutes(4), Lost Coast(2) and Mendocino(3). In addition, there were 6-packs from Mad River, Big Sky and Lake Tahoe Brewing (their Tahoe Red is now contract brewed since their brewpub closed several years ago) and 22oz tall bottles from Green Flash, Bear Republic and Fox Barrel Cider. Pricing is on a par with other lake shore locations.
