I've only been once but I will visit again to get a few more items. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had everything I needed to get started. The staff also helped me select some additional items I needed to brew better beer. Great selection of equipment and ingredients. I'd say it's a little more pricey than some online shops but the instant help and no shipping/handling additions. Little more price but always have what you need on hand. Cheers!

Generally great homebrew store. Some of the staff are wonderful and can really help your brewing out. They helped me save a couple of my first batches that I botched. A couple of the employees are less friendly. If you have a bad experience, I would recommend going back another day. Selection is surprisingly good and they almost always have what I am looking for. Prices are competitive with the online shops when you factor in a little money for shipping. Ingredients tend to be very fresh. I could nitpick a few things about Great Fermentations, but overall, a great store and a great place to have in the community.

I've only been twice and am just getting into homebrewing but I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had everything I needed to get started. They also have a good variety of things beyond my current skill level. Their ingredient selection is currently weaker than normal due to the hop shortage, but I won't fault them for that. Overall I'd say it's a great place to pick up brewing equipment and ingredients.
