Mark Tuchman took over Big Z Beverage in Huntington in 2007. He cleaned up the place and turned it into a craft beer focused beer store. Mark has been very active with the local homebrew club and the craft beer enthusiast club, not only seeking their advice, but actually going out of his way to help people get a hold of hard to find beers.

The selection at Big Z is among the better beer stores on Long Island. He has a good representation of American craft beer and a solid selection of premium imports from Belgium, Germany, and England. Every time I've go in I've been able to find something new that I haven't tried yet.

Mark allows the craft beer customer to mix and match six packs and try out single 12 ounce bottles before committing to an entire six pack. He also does free residential (in the Huntington area) and wholesale delivery.
