Rock Bottom is a chain of (as of 2011) 34 brewpub restaurants across the US. They consistently produce a good variety of high quality beers, and while the franchise shares a core standard offering of beers, each location's brewmaster is free to create unique recipes too. A typical sampler at Rock Bottom includes: light Kolsch, crisp Gold ale, relatively mild Belgian White Ale, robust Red Ale, Brown Ale (usually Molly's Titanic), Milk Stout, Pale Ale (names vary), and hoppy India Pale Ale. Also, Rock Bottom celebrates Oktoberfest with a seasonal "Rocktoberfest" marzen and special menu of German cuisine. I visited the Loveland location in Sept while in Denver for GABF (a bit of a drive north). Like most RB's it's located in a mall with nearby shopping and movie theater, and I was impressed at the ample parking and easy access. In only tried their regular sampler, which was of good quality just like other RB locations I've visited.

This particular Rock Bottom is in the consumer-orgy Centerra shopping center. Standard-issue Rock Bottom though, good quality beer, good food, professional service.

I love the taps in this place: gleeming chrome and 18 inches tall, they are shaped like cobras rising out of the bar. Each have two taps and are refrigerated so that condensation runs down them and just BEGS you to order a beer!

Again though, this RB is in an embarrasingly excessive shopping center, so look out...you'll find it crammed full (30min wait) of harried consumers.
