Another great brewery in Ann Arbor. Located in the beautiful downtown with parking close by on streets or garages. I didnt spend much time inside, but it looked great. I didnt my eating and drinking outside at a oktoberfest out front they were participating in. They had one of the best oktoberfest beers Iv'e ever had. I recommend parking for the day and checking out all the breweries in the area as well as the rest of the downtown during your visit.

Arbor Brewing is located in downtown Ann Arbor. The centerpiece of the Brewpub is the bar. It has a comfortable atmosphere, and a working man's charm.

The menu isn't overly large. It's focus is pub grub with some vegetarian options. This latest visit, I had the fish tacos served with beans and rice, and it was a good choice. The fish was perfectly cooked, and the salsa with it had a nice, but not overwhelming level of heat.

Beer selection is about what I'd expect. They had a few guest taps in addition to their own brews. They do a nice job with their old-school brew pub standards. This trip, I drank the irish stout, and would have been happy to have made a day long session of it.

Parking is available in the garage across the street. (free on Sundays)

I actually visited this location back last March I guess I didn't write up my review. Went with wife and kids and the menu was accommodating for all. I do remember them having there special bath ipa on at the time and being very hoppy! Also had a lot of 6 packs for sale and other merchandise.
The brewing ara is right behind the bar and the bartender was very knowledgeable about the operation.
Worth a stop when visiting downtown Ann Arbor make it a stop with all the other beer options down there.

Visited in the middle of the day on a weekday and the place had pretty decent traffic. Bar is in a great location basically right on U of M campus, so I imagine it gets a pretty strong college crowd at times. Old restored warehouse looking building, nice atmosphere.

There is a parking garage on the street that was responsably priced, there is also sporatic on street parking in front of the building.

Had a really nice selection of beers including porter and IPA on cask. Also had a couple of stouts, an ipa, numerous belgian selections and 4 "strong beers." I had the cask porter and Terminator Dopplebock, the porter was very good, the dopplebock was ok, although they claim that to be their most popular beer.

You can also purchase six packs including variety packs on site. Overall, a very good experience.

Also have a real nice selection of high octane belgians and a lot of Avery selections if their beers aren't your cup of tea

I have been here a couple of times. I enjoy their beers, but never seem to have great service. I especially love their Espresso Love on a hot summer night. They have great outdoor seating, but beware, on numerous occasions I (and the others I am with) have been left for nearly 20 minutes with an empty beer glass. Because of this, I prefer to purchase their beer at a local store.

This was a very nice surprise on my recent tour of Michigan. Ann Arbor was a last minute addition to the itinerary.

The Arbor Brewing Company is one block off the main drag through downtown. There was sidewalk seating that no one seemed to be taking advantage of. The bar is just inside the front door, with the brewing operation just behind that, enclosed with glass. There are dining areas on either side of the bar. A room off to the side was the smoking section, so I didn't see what was in there.

The bar was not crowded so we plopped down right in front of two hand-pumps. The tap board showed 9 beers on-tap, 2 on cask. The Sacred Cow IPA on cask was fantastic. It is their best seller according to the bartender, and it's always on. The bar is nice, clad in copper sheet. The bartender was super friendly and gave my friend several small samples. They had bitter, mild, red, double red, coffee stout, esb, IPA and more, so the variety is definitely there. There is beer to go.

I really enjoyed this place and would love to go back and sample the food. There were no TVs in the bar and Detroit was in game 7 of the NBA finals that night. That may have accounted for the lack of people.
