link(9/2017) The following is a bit dated but still appropriate. Dan Gordon now owns this location and while many of the 12 taps are still GB styles, several new DG house brews are also available. Updated food menu too!
This is the original Gordon Biersch so it seems to have a bit more character than some of their more modern locations. There is a good size bar back by the tanks with a lot of additional table seating and several TVs. The main restaurant seating is in front with tables by the large windows on the street.
There were 6 house brews on tap during my visits including 1 seasonal, FestBier, which I enjoyed along with their standard Black Beer, Schwarzbier. The menu features both pub fare and upscale entrees plus salads and starters (including their famous garlic fries). There is limited parking on the street but the location is a reasonable walk from the CalTrain station.
