Union jacks is a great place to eat and drink. Been there multiple times and yet to have a single problem besides having few beers out of stock. Lucky there is over 400 other beers to choose from. Food has always been great. I really enjoy the crab cakes and the crab dip is out of this world. As for the staff, they have always been very friendly, some of the female severs don't know all of the beers. But as for males only a couple, know them well. I been told most of them try the news beers after work daily, which shows they care about being knowledge about of the beers. So if you looking for good references towards the better beers ask for a male sever. Besides that I love the place. Bring cash with you.

It is a truly lovely place to have a few beers and spend some pleasant hours outdoors. The large umbrella-laden patio and the running water make the atmosphere incredible outside, while the interior is a comfortable pub. They also have a banquet facility and a dining room.

The beer selection is great. Lots of bottles to choose from and a healthy tap list of seasonal craft and Belgian beer. It's a little out of the way, but well worth the trip, especially on a nice day. The one issue I had is their hours, which are not posted anywhere and that lead me to drive out to nowhere to find a closed bar. Call ahead if you're not sure, but weekends seem to be a safe bet.

Nice place in the middle of nowhere. I have been going to this place for the beer for years now. I say "for the beer" because they have a wonderful selection on draft and bottle; however if I chose my pubs due to their service I would have never gone back. My friends considered me a glutton for punishment because I would keep going back after they got fed up and stopped going. If it were not for the beer selection there was no reason to go. The workers there never seemed to say hi or greet new guest in a friendly manner, they would stand around the service bar talking to the regular locals. It has been getting better. Their kitchen has been putting out some consistantly good dishes, (besides the wings which have always been good) and the service has moderately improved with a few better servers; though some are still awful. It has a beautiful multi-tier outdoor patio area and the bar is very nicely decorated unfortunately they still allow smoking until September when PA goes smoke free.
