I made it over to C'est What on a Tuesday night and had a great experience. The bartender said they had a beer festival the prior Friday and apologized for the beers they were out of, but there were still more than enough beers on tap that I had never heard of. C'est What does brew some of their own product. I wasn't able to try the Ginger Wheat (sold out at beer fest) but was able to try the Homegrown Hemp Ale which was FANTASTIC! Really smooth, easy drinking, with a really slight sweet taste. I could easily drink that all night. I also had the Denison's Weissber and the Hawaiian Style Pale Ale.

Food was pretty good. I had a pulled pork sandwich with yam chips (made on sight).

The place was pretty big and good for groups of people. I saw pool tables and there was a small outdoor area. Definitely worth a visit. I'm going to go back for multiple visits.

An interesting bar / restaurant. They were able to preserve some of the history in the building, and yet make it beer / bar friendly. Brick / stone walls and hard floors and you would think it would be noisy, and yet the place was surprisingly quiet. That made for a nice relaxing dinner.

The beer selection is wonderful. Cask ales and a great selection of (primarily) Canadian beers are available.

The food was eclectic and different. But still tasty.

Service was decent, not great. But not bad either. Acceptable. And there was a decent crowd, even for a Monday night.

All in all, definitely check this place out.

A surprising, funky bar close to the Rogers Centre and other downtown attractions. Extensive (30+) menu of unusual beers on tap. Had a yummy "caraway rye" and a couple good stouts, also a disappointing bitter. All beers available in large pints (550ml) or smaller glasses (330ml); I stuck to the glasses in order to try more styles. Service was quick but harried--maybe they were understaffed that night. Interesting, unusual food selection with a definite international flair and many vegetarian options. Great atmosphere in a basement with fireplace and couches as well as tables and booths.
