linkA rare instance of a large corporate brewery which allows the public access to the brewing floor. Of course, there's still all the twee company history and the inevitable run-through of their great TV ads, but there's also the opportunity to follow the gravity-fed brewing process from the grain sacks in the attic to the bar on the ground. All-comers may also (free of charge) help themselves to water from the brewery's private spring via a tap outside the front door.
Just a shame the beer mostly isn't very good.
