Green's on Buford has always been a favorite store, mainly due to the Belgian beer wall. The beer is in an odd shaped corner on shelves, in the cold case and against the wall. The selection has ranged from outstanding to very good, but hasn't seemed to have changed much over the past few years except for the occasional seasonal.

It can be a bit difficult to locate, so map the location to be sure you are on the right track. Prices are reasonable and occasionally a smidge high, but the selection makes the store a destination spot that should not be missed if in the Atlanta area.

Green's liquor on Buford is a huge liquor store located close to the center of Atlanta, GA. All of the beer is located to the left of the entrance in a carpeted area. There you will find stacks of beer, a refrigerated wall, a separate refrigerator for large singles, and center island with singles, and a wall with singles. There are also stacks of Budweiser and other similar beers.

The center island is filled with beers that are well aged, and age-able. They have J.W. Lee's Harvest Ale going back to 1998, as well as their barrel aged series. Another notable beer is Thomas Hardy's. There is also a lot of higher-gravity high-alcohol beers in the same area. In the coolers you will find a good selection of beers from all over, mostly in six packs and cases.

There are people available to help you with your selection of liquor, wine, and beer. There are only two checkout aisles that I saw, so it may be slow to leave when it's busy.
The prices seemed decent for the beer. There are no mix pack options that I saw.
