i've only been once and had one beer but it was above average. it looked like they had a nice selection of beers but it was 2 oclock on a weekday and we were a ways from home. being a midday trip meant there wasn't too much of a noise problem but i could see how it could get loud in there. the food was average but kind of pricey for what it was. service was pretty good. my only real complaint was the price but it wasn't too bad and i'll go back if i'm ever back in the area and thirsty.

Always great beer and a wide variety to choose from. Extra pale and brown ales are excellent. Irish stout is also quite good.

Food is standard brewpub fare. We always sit at the bar and have always had great service from the bar staff.

We visited on a Thursday once and it's ladies night. Ladies get free half pints of beer.

Always seems to draw a crowd and can sometimes be hard to get a seat at the bar.

Based on a single visit, drinking a single beer . . . they seem to know how to brew. I had the porter, which can be hit-or-miss at a brewpub. This was excellent, one of the best I've ever tasted.

Food ranged from OK to very good, with a typical brewpub menu, maybe a little more on the vegetarian/salad side than some places.

The atmosphere will appeal to some, not others. It was very loud. We were seated upstairs, and the noise from the bar made conversation almost impossible. If you like noisy bars, this would be a good place for you. For conversation, however, this didn't work. There may be quieter sections available - ask the hostess.

Of all the breweries we stop by during our road trip in Colorado this was by far the best! From the natural lighting, dark wood floors, friendly atmosphere and most importantly the phenomenal beer offerings - this place not only ranked the best of our trip but I personally would place it in the top three of all the breweries I have ever visited in the United States. The service was great, we only had the wings to eat but they were near perfect. Too bad they don't distrubute in Denver any more!

I stopped by en route to Vail. I had read about the chile beer, and couldn't resist a stop, even though I really wanted to get to my hotel.

It was 2 pm on a Thursday, and there were a few people at the bar. and a scattering of customers. I had a chile beer and a pretzel. The beer was cold and the pretzel was fresh out of the oven. Their beer mustard is tangy and delicious, but the pretzel didn't need it. It was crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside.
