This is a nice change of pace from a typical brewery. It’s a crossover between wine and beer: “Bridging the gap between wine connoisseurs and beer enthusiasts.” There is a very pleasant tasting area with many tables as well as an outside deck overlooking the vineyard. I would say the emphasis is definitely wine and our server was very interested in smoozing the wine tasters to the extent we were pretty much ignored. I tasted 4 brews and enjoyed the SchillingBridge Stout most, followed by the 70 SchillingBridge Scottish. Only the Scottish and the Get-R-Done Golden Lager are available in six packs but they do offer growlers. There is also a cooler with local cheeses and cured meats as well as other snacks. No real food service except for special events.
