linkNOTE: Clinton Street Brewing closed quite a while back .
There is now a place there called " The Workshop " , but it has a very meager selection . And usually some of the already small selection consists of dry taps .
I will give them credit , though . The other night I went to the adjoining theater to see the documentary about Lemmy , and the Workshop were selling 8 ounce cups of The Abyss from Deschutes for $3.50 . That's the cheapest I've ever seen Abyss . But it was in a plastic cup .
( The service isn't really that bad , I just want to lower the score since the original place is closed . But the atmosphere is that bad.)

linkThis location is no longer a brewpub. Part of a indy film outlet, the Clinton Street Theater, the now Clinton Street Pub (located on the north facing part of the building) is kind of a dive bar of sorts with a few good local beers on tap. Other than that, unless you enjoy super bare-bones hipster bars with nothing but an early 20s clientele, I'd recommend not wasting your time. One redeeming quality of this location is the new barbecue joint (forgot the name) on the east-facing side...a small, family-owned affair with excellent sides and a Memphis style sauce. Be sure to ask them about their pig tattoos :-)
