linkI've had the pleasure of drinking at Central Waters on several occasions. Every time I leave I tell myself Paul and his crew are the nicest people in the craft beer business.
The bar is in the middle of the fully funtioning brewery. This is very cool. They pour all CW regular and seasonal offerings. The times I've been there were during parties. Paul knows how to keep his customers happy even if the lines are deep.
I highly recommend this place if you love craft beer and are passing anywhere near it.
