This is probably a better place to go if you want Chili than if you want a beer. They have a modest beer list with some craft selections, including a Hard Times beer brewed for them. The restaurant is pretty narrow with a bar almost the length of the place with booths lining the rest of the restaurant. The location of the place isn't bad, as it's within walking distance of the river. King street is somewhat of a shopping district along with some restaurants, so you can plan to do other things along with your visit. So far the place has been busy and the service has been good.

I stopped by this place after having been recommended it and looking it up online (I was on travel btw). It seems to be very popular -- too popular in fact for me to get a seat either at the bar or in a booth. I didn't feel like standing around awkwardly waiting for a spot (especially since I was being ignored by the busy bar tender) so I beat feet outta there.

Then why am I reviewing this place, you ask? Because while there I did take note of the beer selection. I didn't notice a single micro-brew or even craft beer on the taps or in the line of bottles above the bar. Granted I could have missed one but regardless -- calling this place a "beer bar" seems a little far fetched. The Chili and wings (grilled!) looked great and everyone seemed happy, but I sure wouldn't make a trek here for the sole purpose of enjoying beer.

****UPDATE*****
I went back the next night and actually got the chance to eat and drink here. They did actually have 2 craft brews out of about 10 total(still wouldn't call it a beer bar though). The food was as good as it looked initially -- the wings were excellent and the chili was good (not sure if I would go to "great" though). The service was excellent and it was clear that our waitress knew the menu inside and out.
