This is a cool brick and wood building located in downtown Oklahoma City. The first beer I had was Old King Kolsch, slightly sour flavor upfront, but that was probably my taste buds adjusting as upon the second and third sips it's much better. The next beer was Wileys One Eyed Wheat, creamy maltiness and a lite flavor profile. Next up was the Blues Berry Ale, very little Berry flavor, but a crisp and clean beer. Next was the Bricktown Brown, creamy malty but just a middle of the road beer at best. Next up was the Millie McFadden Red Ryle Ale, mmm, this beer has some medium lite hop flavor, but definitely not anything close to a west coast rye. Next beer was the Three Guardsman IPA, low hop aroma and medium hop flavor, some light crystal malt flavor and medium lingering hop astringency, more like a pale ale or session IPA, at least to us Left coast folks. The last beer in the sampler was the Single String Stout, it has some roasted malt aroma, a somewhat sweet malty roasted flavor, not sure it is a stout, but I like it, its about the best beer here today, but that is not saying much. The food was much better and as I was hunger it did not disappoint. I had a turkey bacon guacamole melt and it was outstanding! Visited on December 4th, 2016.

We had an appetizer which was really good.
Beers.. we got a sampler. The IPA was good and we don't usually like IPA's. Copperhead ale was good, red brick ale was pretty good(well balanced, right hops), buffalo wheat beer was also really good, stout was what you would expect. We ended up getting a pint of the red brick ale and Copperhead ale. Normally there is something in a sampler that we don't like but that was not the case here. Liked them all
The old building was really cool inside, great atmosphere. It was a week night but had plenty of regulars at the bar and many people coming in for dining.
We definitely plan on stopping in again when heading for a Texas visit.

Can't add a whole lot to the previous review. Visited there this weekend with a large group and a kind of late lunch. Service was pretty good, and they let us pretty much be as loud as we wanted.
Food got great reviews around our table. I had a brisket and pork bbq combo. Brisket was wonderful, pork was ok not great. Burger was big enough to satisfy a teenage boy who was with us. Salads were huge looking...
Beers.. I got a sampler. The IPA noted in the previous review wasn't on. Hadn't been for a couple of months according to the server. Copperhead ale (a try at a british ale maybe??) was ok, red brick ale was pretty good(well balanced, right hops), buffalo wheat beer was also really good, stout was so-so(tasted burnt as opposed to "roasty"), and the blueberry ale they served (with blueberries floating in it) was not so good..Ended up getting a pint of the red brick ale.

The Bricktown - as a lot of buildings in this section of town, it is an older retrofitted space. It is a large two-story interior with lots of exposed ductwork, wood pillars and brick. There are high ceilings and some nice artwork that depicts the various beers they offer.
The bar is on your left as you enter. It is an extended U that seats about 16 or so. It topped with green tile.
The tanks are beside the bar and separated by a wall of glass. The brewer was active the days I was there which is always nice to see.
5 regulars (copper head, Bison Weizen, Red Brick Ale, Aught 7 IPA and Black Gold Stout) they also had special which escapes me.
Beers run the gamut from decent to not-so-good.
Service was friendly and they were free with samples.
The crowd was on the smaller side and was mainly regulars with a few other tourists.
Note that happy hour is from 3 to 7 and most beers are only $1.75.
The menu has choices ranging from pastas and salads to burgers, steak, bbq and sandwiches.
Try the chili it is excellent! The bbq is just serviceable.
There are lots of TVs, would be a good option to catch a game.
Tunes started great with classic rock (Neil Young, Steve Miller, Little Feat) and then some not so good hair rock and 80's power ballads.
I think this place is worth a stop if you are in town.
