This is a brand-new operation (I visited on day 2 and again on their one-week anniversary). They are well-capitalized. The brewery and taproom are full of beautiful glass and stainless. They have created a large, dramatic environment. The founders have strong brewing pedigrees from Beltway. There are a bunch of breweries and brewpubs opening in Northern Virginia. Consolidation is inevitable. These guys “get it” and will be around for a long run.

On my visit, they had 6 beers on tap – but taps and lines to grow to 16. I tried a Brown and an IPA, both very good. I’m struggling to decide how to rate them for Beer Selection; based on the 6 existing or the 16 planned?

No food, but a lineup of food trucks and they welcome bringing in your own. Very kid friendly. They would like to be dog friendly but VABC has recently created very un-friendly dog rules.
