linkRecently opened in Northgate Marketplace, RAM's new Medford location has a large oval bar area surrounded by tall tables and comfy tall booths. The brewing and fermenting area is easily visible from either the bar area or outside the entry. The adjacent booth dining area has the open kitchen area along the back wall. The tap list for our visit included 3 seasonals and 6 "Flagship" brews, however judging from the number of taps at the end of the bar, the craft beer selection is sure to grow. I enjoyed both the Imperial Winter Rye IPA and the Freeride Winter Ale from the Rotating Seasonals list. The menu includes the full range of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and upscale entrees. There is plenty of parking available in the adjacent marketplace lot and the knowledgeable wait staff were friendly in spite of a large after holiday rush.
