linkBishop's Collar is a small restaurant with 11 chair wooden bar with 12 beers on tap, a nice selection of national craft brews. The beers tend to be bold and I was impressed to find one or two new ones I hadn't had before. I stopped in for lunch of a burger and beer and was impressed with their menu and service. It's not an extensive menu, but was quite tasty. Nice area - it is a short stroll west from the historic Eastern State Penitentiary, a prison museum definitely worth visiting for a tour!
