Visited on a Thursday afternoon at opening. This is a brewery / tasting room only. They had 7 beers on tap when we visited. Flights are 5 for $12.00 for 6.5 ounce pours. Zoning laws prevent them from having food service or selling beer to go. They are pretty bare bones and I like it that way; picnic tables inside, small seating area outside, music playing, and one TV. They do have Wi-Fi. The bartender had excellent knowledge and provided a detailed description of every beer on tap. Especially intriguing was the Sun Eater Sorghum Ale, made with all Texas ingredients (no barley or hops since they don’t grow in Texas). The beer had a nice cider/Champaign flavor. They have a 30 barrel system with plenty of room for expansion and have a canning operation.
