The beer, food, and atmosphere of Boscos was great. I had a Boscos burger and it was exactly what I wanted along with the garlic parmisian fries awesome. My wife had the diablo pizza and it was great. Wood fired oven cooked with a wonderful blend of flavors and spices. The crust just melted in your mouth. The beer wonderful I had the sampler to get an idea of what they had to offer. Not a bad beer in the bunch. I ended up getting a growler of there stone brewed and IPA to go. If you are going to be in the Memphis area I would highly recommend going to Boscos Squared.

This is a hidden gem that has the opportunity to explode into greatness. While doing a cross country trip, hitting breweries and brew pubs along the way, this was the only one in Memphis, which was strange seeing how Memphis is such a large city. The brew pub was off the beaten path, approximately 3 to 4 miles from Beale Street where all the action is. It was definitely worth the trip there to sample a flight of their beers.

The atmosphere was great, and there was a feeling of a locals hangout, which was nice. The menu looked great and there was plenty of food to satisfy all taste. They had a few unique items that I wish I had been able to try. A little pricy, but in the city that can be expected.

Being a malt head, the Scottish ale was by far the best beer I have had from the breweries we have hit so far. It was full of flavor; it had a great nose and was well balanced. It is rare to find a good malty beer, but this one had it all.

They had a great selection of other beers, total of eight on tap, all well balanced and worth trying. The IPA was a good beer, but it lacked the dry hopping characteristics to give the nose and flavor needed to balance out the 64 IBU bitterness.

I would recommend stopping here if you pass through Memphis, but since it is the only brew pub in the city, I would not recommend putting the city of Memphis on your list if you’re doing a brewery tour.

Good tasting!

My wife and I went here for lunch to try something different. They have a pretty interesting food menu with items like black bean and goat cheese tamales and specials like greek pasta, both of which we had and shared to our liking. The beers we went with was the Scotch Ale and Hef. The Scotch ale was dark, malty, and tasty. The Hef was light an refreshing with a good taste. I would recommend Boscos. They are also Memphis' only brewpub.

Outstanding. Great Staff, great beer, great customers and great food. The only complaint I have is I didn't hit the one in Little Rock. I travel for work and was at the bar alone. Nice place, folks were pleasant. Bunch of folks said to get the burger. Come on I can get a burger anywhere. I stand corrected. I had the Smoked Duck Spring Rolls & the Bosco Burger. I had Bosco's Bombay IPA, outstanding as was the scotch ale and the cask ale.
