The first thing I noticed is how simple the place is. It's also very quiet, even quieter than a beer store for some reason. It's like a library. But nevertheless, I didn't come for the atmosphere. The first thing you see as you enter is a wall full of tap handles. But there are no stools, no TVs lining the walls, no cute chick bartender flirting with a guy for a bigger tip while she ignores your empty glass, just tap handles. So, I'm not in a bar. But there is a bar. You stand at it when you order your beer. You stand because there are no seats.

Samples are available upon request, which is good since you are about to walk out of the place with 32 or 64 oz of the same beer. They do have a selection of local beers, a good selection in fact, roughly ten. The rest were from all over the place. Going by their tap list on their website they have a selection of 40 different beers.

When I brought the store-labeled growler back they exchanged it for a new one, although that doesn't always happen from what I'm told. It's probably a good idea to wash your growler first, in case they don't exchange it for a new one. They do accept growlers from other stores, but it's probably safe to assume those won't be swapped, so wash them first.

The left wall has some beer glasses and a freezer full of beer flavored ice cream, while the right side has a fridge with bottles if I remember correctly. Back behind the bar to the right is a stack of kegs, not sure if they're empty or next in line to be tapped.
