linkRoscoe Beer Co. is located fairly close to I-86, so it's worth a stop if you're driving through the area. I'd been meaning to visit for quite a while, but their hours never matched my itinerary.
There's a good sized parking lot, especially since they probably don't get a ton of visitors. When I stopped in the brewer was there to give us a free tasting of their 5 available beers, and a couple other groups came in behind us. Overall, the beers were mostly very sessionable - according to the brewer that's what the locals seem to like. Overall, the quality of the beer exceeded expectations.
They're also going through an expansion to increase production 2-3x. They currently distribute mostly to the local area, and NYC and LI.
