This brewery is located in a spacious log cabin type building with high ceilings. It has a smal bar area but they have an upstairs. old dried out hops hang from the rafters above the bar. The Cherry Bock I tried had a light cherry aroma with some chocolate malt. The taste was more of a Porter with just a hint of the cherry. Lots of TV's and a good sound system. They also serve hard alcohol and wine. I did not try the food on this visit. But I did try their Chek pilsner which was light gold in color and had a light hoppy nose. The flavor was somewhat malty with some moderate sweetness up front followed by moderate hop bitterness. A good beer that almost had the taste of some light crystal malt as well. This is definately a good brew pub and is popular among the locals. Definately worth the stop!

Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007
An old sporting good store from once when I was younger I used to visit to buy football equipment. Now turned into a German restaurant was a good fit. The beer was old German feel and taste - 4 different styles. The food was pub faire at best nothing too special. The Bartender was an old acquaintance from my past with living in Utah. It was good to see you again Chris. Not bad for stop 2.
