linkTen drafts of their own (American ale, IPA, Brown, Porter, Hefe, Saison, Belgian & a couple of others). Their “beer menu” describes the grains, hops and the ABV of their drafts. I tried the IPA (very good) and the Porter (very, very strong vanilla aroma & taste). 50 bottles, mostly good micros.
The food is fairly simple, mostly sandwiches. They have beef, buffalo and elk burgers.
The beer was very good and the food was ok. That said, there’s not another brewpub around for at least a hundred miles. This is an oasis. I hope they thrive. If I ever have to come back to Minot, I will surely stop in.
