linkI was here on a Friday night meeting up with a group of people. I'd never been there before but a few of the others had. I tried one flight of beer, but since the beers are named after people I have a hard time keeping track of which one was which. My favorite of the bunch was the Mahogany Ale, but it wasn't necessarily because I loved the Mahogany Ale. My feeling was that the beers were fine, better than a lot of alternatives, but certainly not among my favorite craft brews. One of the people who had been there before agreed, but noted that the quality of the beer had improved dramatically since they're opening, so hopefully that trend continues.
As for the atmosphere, it was a nice space with a big crowd. A band started playing but I felt they were too loud and made the experience not very enjoyable. Maybe it's just me, but I don't think many people go to a brewery to hear a loud band. I prefer going to breweries to sip on a beer and talk to people.
