Two words: WOW & AWESOME! If you love Belgian beer, then you will love this place. Their extensive selection is listed on their website; they have drafts and bottles. The usual suspects are present (chimay, stella) but so are many other rarities. They also have a few wines, in case you're with a non-beer drinker (although I'd get them to try a lambic first).

We did not order food, although many others seemed to be enjoying the fries and mussels. Vol De Nuit is located near NYU; so no parking, but only a block away from the subway. Plenty of other good eats nearby as well (although I'd stay away from the diner next door - boring and overpriced).
