linkThis is a pretty unique setup for a brewery. A large greenhouse with plants and other yard products is the main area, occupying several buildings. There's a homebrew shop as well, and then in the back is a tasting room, with a large deck overlooking their hop fields.
The beers are excellent, as you'd expect from a reputable hop farm. There was a good selection of 10+ beers, including a few nice IPAs, a good stout and a tasty brown.
I'll check this place out again when I'm up in Fort Collins, it will replace one of my regular lineup of New Belgium-Odell-Fort Collins-Equinox, it's good enough to do that.
