We caught BSB in the soft open and with a killer food truck parked on the front sidewalk we were jacked up having heard a raving review while sitting in an other tasting room. BSB is not easy to find and its in a sketchy but up and coming hood. We applaud BSB for rolling the dice on this location. Now onto the beer. Again its a hot Denver trend to brew a theme a just knock the cover off the ball. BSB's theme is Reds or more appropriately, Ambers and based on what we tasted they are well positioned to own that theme in the front range. The vibe is solid, the beer is noteworthy, you should go and we will certainly be back.
