the mile square has one of the, if not the best selection of beer on tap in Hoboken. they have 30 taps and the majority are usually populated with craft beer. They have one or two of them that have to have miller lite or coors lite attached to them as I believe it is required by law in the city charter.

They offer something called the miracle mile and it offers the chance to drink all 30 beers, one from each tap. You can break it up and do 15 at one visit and 15 another time. it should be noted that the bar tenders don't normally like people doing the miracle mile as most people in Hoboken don't know how to act accordingly once they have had a little alcohol in them.

The people that patron the place span the range from raging sports fan that can deafen your ears by a J-E-T-S chant to group of christians having a meeting at the bar yet not drinking alcohol, (not sure why there were taking up the bar space). The majority of the times that I have been there it has been mostly people that fall in the middle of that range so don't be too alarmed, but be prepared.
