Thursday night in this downtown brewery (new location) and it was pretty busy. They have 8 beers on tap plus 2 guest taps and 1 cider guest tap. They have flights and pints plus bottles and growlers to go. I was told they have a 7 barrel system but it looked bigger than that. Order beer and food at the bar and the server brings it to your table. The server couldn’t answer any brewery related questions. She was the only one on duty and had to serve and clean the bar area as well as all the tables. This slowed down the service throughout, not her fault they were understaffed. They do have a small food menu and a couple cooks in the back. We didn’t see them doing much work. The large wooden beer hall type tables and brewery setting make for an industrial park atmosphere. There is metered street parking available.
