Hmm, I didn't realize my local TJ's was on here...
The beer section is past the checkout stations, in a little corner near the doors to the stockroom. There's a giant mural of cheery, anthropomorphic beer bottles grinning down above the beer shelves.

Well, let me be honest, there's a decent smattering of stuff, but I rarely buy beer here, usually just groceries. With Armanetti's and WLV so close, there's no contest. They have some house brews contracted by Gordon Biersch, the vintage ale contracted by Unibroue ($5 750mL!), and a bit of North Coast stuff (affordable Old Rasputin). Some oddball imports round out the selection, Oranjeboom for example. To be fair, they have a few very solid staple beers priced competitively. Founders Red's Rye, Goose Island IPA, Pere Jacques, Matilda, 3 Floyds Pride and Joy, Capital, Ommegang, Victory Hop Devil, and others at grocery store prices. Mainly Belgian imports, Tripel Karmeliet, Duvel, Chouffe, Lindemans, etc.

Staff here is fairly young and friendly. Last time the checkout guy chatted about the Hopleaf, which was nice. I saw someone being guided through the beer section also, so there's help around if you need it.
