This is a brand new brewery in Tucson, with only two brews on tap: an IPA and a "session ale", described as "smooth like toasty bread". Both are fantastic. The IPA is nicely balanced with plenty of malt and hops (83 ibu) coming in at 7.5% abv. The session is almost like a brown ale, with 4.8% abv and 26 ibu and no off flavors and is very drinkable. We have been to over 100 breweries and would put this in our top third, and look forward to future brews (up next: imperial Russian stout and a blue corn agave). The tap room is minimalistic, with bathrooms and a view of the brewery. But it is a little hard to find (at the back of a couple warehouses)...but a worthwhile gem.
