Tuckahoe Brewing is located in a two-story cinder block and tan corrugated steel building which is shared by a few businesses. Enter their small tasting room which has a 7 chair bar on the left and a couple tables on the right. The floor is concrete, the blue walls are painted with a New Jersey seashore mural, and overhead are string lights. The tasting room has a antique vinyl record player and a decent record collection. There is no air conditioning, so the place is a little warm, but the windows and back door let a breeze circulate. Past the tasting room is the brewery floor with a 3.5bbl stainless steel pot brewing system on the right. In the center are small stainless steel fermenters, and on the left is the cold room. The back wall is a large retractable garage door which opens to the industrial complex's back lot. They are only open limited hours, and there is no food service. The owners are friendly, and they are happy to give a quick and informative tour. The brewery offers 4 house beers, which can be tried by sampler, and growlers are filled. I didn't have a particular favorite, but the beers are all decent and drinkable (Wit, Red, Porter, and Pale Ale). I visited mid 2013, shortly after the brewery started operating, and I believe they will grow steadily.
