linkConveniently located in a dense area of Bethesda, there are plenty of other restaurants and bars nearby. As I was walking by, the large windows gave easy visibility into the bar below, and the variety of beers on tap drew me in. Union Jack's has two bars, a small 8-chair bar near the windows, and a larger wrapping main bar with a nice selection of about 18 beers on tap. There is a nice game room with 6 red-felted hardwood pool tables. The decor is definitively British, and the traditional pub menu is punctuated with some creative English-inspired dishes. The service is exceptionally friendly.
