The Lancaster Beer & Wine Gallery is a 2-story wine-bar, brewpub & glassware shop. The main attraction is the Mount Hope estate wines (free samples available), but on the 2nd floor is the Rumspringa nano-brewery. There you can order a sampler of 4-5 beers and buy bottles or growlers to go. The beers are moderate and drinkable, slightly better than average, and none are especially bold. Their standard offering is true to style (Kolsch, Porter, Amber, IPA), and they also have good seasonals (Hefeweizen, Workhorse Strong Ale, etc). The brew "pub" only serves a few appetizers meats & cheeses, so this isn't really a place to stop for a meal. But if you're in Amish country and looking for a refreshing diversion, this is a nice place to visit.
