This brewery has been around for a few years in Cortland, NY. It's a nice place to stop when I'm driving up I-81 on the way to Syracuse. They have a selection of about 6 beers available for tastings.

I'm typically a fan of Red Ales, but their Red Dragon Ale was a bit different. It was a little sweeter than typical red ales, so it may not be for everyone. I didn't love it. They did have a bourbon barrel aged version which was better than the regular version.

I found the Stout and the Flight Level 410 (an English Ale) to be my favorites.
