linkMore a restaurant than a beer bar but it's a must stop if you're visiting Haleakala Crater. Just off the up country roadway, it offers great views and a decent selection of Hawaii bottle/can brews. The local brew selection is complemented by a few mainland crafts, imports and BMCs.
You enter through a lounge area with wood burning fireplace (there's no real bar area) to a dining room with large windows and tables overlooking the valley isle. Outside the windows is a stair leading down to a brick patio that "flows" down the hillside surrounded by individual covered circular booths.
Our lunch menu included salads, sandwiches and a few local entrees plus their signature pizza which is baked in a wood fired brick oven on the patio. There is ample parking in the front or in a lower lot next to a local's marketplace.
