linkThis is the American Dream. These brothers, aged in their early twenties, have opened a brewery in an area that can accommodate more local ales. Their tasting room is very, very new at the time of this review.
They were out of Orangutan Pale Ale.
Spokamber 509 was very flavorful. My wife didn't like it, but I did.
Their Summer Ale was decent. This one, my wife liked a lot, but I found it a bit lacking. It reminded me of initial offerings of other young breweries.
Hop Train IPA tasted like hops, not much balance.
And their Stout was well done. We both enjoyed it.
All in all, the establishment is running smooth for a place that has only been open for a couple of weeks. Decent beers, good service, an professionally done.
