The Baja Bean company in downtown Staunton is a great location for a brew and a bite. They have a number of rotating taps, 15 if memory serves. Over the years I have been able to sample some beers not all that common to this area. On my last trip they had a large selection of Foothills beers on tap. I had the Foothills Porter which I thought was excellent. The Bean company has a great selection of Tex-Mex food and a funky fun decor. There is almost no parking at the door but there are a number of free lots within walking distance. This location is well worth the trip for the beer and the food.
