I have to say I was pretty impressed with the Pale Ale. Being from Nevada and California, I'm pretty picky when it comes to a good Pale Ale. The wheat is also a must try. The brewery is one of the smallest I've ever seen, well my 1/2 barrel system in my garage is pretty small, but this brewery does make some great beers. better yet, a Fastenal employee makes the beer. Go Fastenal! One of my top picks for food was the Italian Stallion Chicken sandwich. While I was in Winona, I visited the brewery four times. Thanks for the great beer.
