linkThis is a little grocery store just off 101, but inside there is a walk-in cooler called "The Beer Cave".
There was an impressive selection of good six-packs and bombers in the cave, at reasonable prices. As a point of reference, whereas the New Seasons in my neighborhood in Portland did not yet shelve the new Widmer selections in spring of 2011, the Beer Cave at Manzanita Fresh Foods did have them on hand.
The prices were not inflated for being in a small town. There were bombers of Elysian Immortal IPA for $3.49, pretty good deal.
Definitely the place to stock up on beer at this stretch of the coast.
