Since moving to Denver in Apr 2013, this has become my local watering hole.

The staff are very friendly and will sometimes sit down for a chat, explain the beers and generally make you feel at home.

I have since become friendly with many of the regular patrons.

They have food trucks on most evenings and some quizzes etc. You can even earn beer bucks just by drinking beer!!

I love the variety of beers that flow from Copper Kettle. There is always something new on the horizon.

Fantastic place with fantastic staff!!

Plenty of parking too.

I made a trip after hearing about this brewery - and was very impressed. The Mexican Chocolate Stout is one of the best beers I've ever had, the ambiance is perfect, the staff/patronage is extremely friendly and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone.

I'm looking forward to many trips there when my schedule allows and will be glad to know that I knew about this off-the-beaten-path brewery when it becomes huge... if that's what they owners want.

I was there this past weekend for their grand opening. It was packed, and since most of the servers were friends and family who were volunteering, I won't dock them for the lackluster service. They probably weren't expecting the sheer number of people that showed up.

Anyway, their beers were delicious. They had mostly a lot of lighter beers on tap, and they were all exceptional. They have stronger, darker beers in the works, but they won't be available until later on. They had a copper ale, a saison, a summer ale, and alt and a helles on tap and they were all great. I'm a big fan, and I'll definitely be coming back soon. (Specifically to try a mexican chocolate stout they have in works. Brewed with cacao, ancho chiles and cinnamon. Sounds yummy)
