St. Boniface is a spartan nano-brewery, which is not much to look at, but shows some promise for future growth. They do not serve food or have a bottling line, but the friendly staff is happy to share samples of their ~5 beers during their growler filling hours. I visited in Aug 2011, and was impressed with their IPA and Belgian Wit. I was thrilled with their Hegemony Stout and a delicious Black Currant Stout. There was one beer I didn't care for, their ESB, which tasted off somehow. So for a small upstart brewery, I think they show promise, and I look forward to seeing them at local beerfests. ps - I only found this small place because of BeerMapping.com, which convinced me the value of this website to discover new breweries.
