Name changed to Valkyrie Brewing Company. Hours are listed on their website http://www.valkyriebrewery.comThe brewery is in an old cheese plant with the small (300 gal?) milk holding tanks used for brewing vats. Very inventive and very local.
My favorite beers are War Hammer and Hot Chocolate.
The best time to visit is Octoberfest, the first Sat in Oct. Last year (2012) the brat cooked for the sale in the firefighters hall was 135 feet long. To find the firefighter's hall, just roll down your window and listen for polka music.
